Bio
An Air Force Brat, Sara grew up literally all over the world. Without fail at each new school she was adopted "Mean Girls"-style by the cool kids who assumed she was one of them. And yet within weeks she inevitably always blew her cover by spouting Monty Python quotes, history factoids, or sharing her Jedi/Wizard obsession. Luckily awkward children make interesting adults…or so she tells herself.
As it turned out, moving all over the world and meeting all kinds of people was fantastic preparation for life as an artist. Sara studied theatre, music and writing at the University of Southern California where she was fortunate to work with such greats as Sir Peter Hall, Fiona Shaw and Jason Robert Brown.
Upon graduating from USC, she headed to Oxford University to study Shakespeare with the British American Drama Academy and current head of NYU MFA program, Mark Wing-Davey. She then moved to New York CIty where she was accepted to study with living legend Wynn Handman at his private studio. Sara currently resides in New Orleans and works as a Jazz singer at the National World War II Museum while she continues to pursue acting, voice over, and writing.
